How long does a receipt roll last?
This varies somewhat depending on the type of codes printed, but one roll is usually
enough for about 250 codes.
I want to cancel a credit voucher. What do I do?
Follow the instructions that you have received about cancellation, where appropriate and valid for the operator in question.

I sold the wrong credit voucher to a customer by mistake. Can the code be cancelled?
Yes, if the code can be blocked by the mobile operator then Cashcom will refund the credit.
I have printed out the wrong amount by mistake and want to cancel the code.
Follow the instructions for cancellation appropriate to the operator in question.
The customer cannot top up their credit voucher.
This is often because the customer has the wrong card or no card at all. It may
also have to do with temporary delays. Contact the operator's customer services.
The terminal has been stolen. What do I do?
