Cashcom has customers of all sizes in a number of different industries, from chain stores and official department services to small, independent tobacconists.

Netto

Netto is part of the Dansk Supermarket A/S group. Dansk Supermarket runs several large chains, for example the Fötex stores and Bilka discount stores that offer food, domestic and leisure items. There are approximately 380 Netto stores in Denmark and 84 stores in Sweden.

Challenge
Netto wishes to use its current cashier system to allow the customers to top-up their mobile phones in the stores. High stability in the system is required.

Result
The integrated cashier system that is currently in use in the Netto stores handles millions of transactions yearly. Sales of top-up codes are done through the regular cashier application and codes are distributed through each cashier in each store. Communication with Cashcom is done through a central server.

By offering mobile top-up through Cashcom's system, Netto does not need to store physically top-up cards. All transactions can easily be tracked by Netto's financial department. All denominations from all mobile operators are always available. Since Cashcom's system was launched, the sale of top-up codes has increased with more than 10 per cent yearly.

Goyada

Goyada is a Swedish company which provides services for prepaid mobile top-up via the Internet. Goyada.se is a one stop shop where you can top up all operator top-up cards. Customers can top up their credit any time of the day and pay by credit card or online banking.

Challenge
To create a user-friendly and speedy online payment solution for a large number of top-up cards from multiple operators. The prepaid top-up market in Sweden is worth approximately SEK 6 billion. Goyada must be able to connect new operators and services to its website.

Result
Today, Goyada is growing at a rate of thousands of customers per month.
